Whats' involved!
You will be required to introduce and promote the Deal Estate Program to businesses in your local area/suburb.
- We publish your suburb (we call it a location) click here for an example.
- You provide your local knowledge
- We provide you with your very own password protected control panel which gives you complete control over your section of www.dealestate.com.au. You will be creating and managing your location. From your browser based control panel you will input the sales and deals from your local businesses on a monthly basis (Very simple. If you can send an email and upload a picture, you can do this. No html or special computer skills needed). Our help and assistance is always available by phone or email.

- Your local participating businesses will pay you direct, at the rate of $99.00 per month including GST (that's only $3.00 a day). Imagine if you had 100 participating businesses. That's a very healthy monthly income !
- You only pay an annual admin/hosting fee of $990.00 no matter how many businesses you have listed, plus an advertising subsidy of $11.00 per month, per business that you have listed. The advertising subsidy is fully expended targeting relevant keywords (adwords) on Google and other major search engines.
- Every client business that you bring into the program will have their keywords targeted on Google Adwords at no addittional expense.
- We provide further marketing, promotion and advertising support at no cost to you or your clients. As an example : Between now and 30/06/2009 any business that signs-up with you for 12 months will obtain FREE participation in the Aussie Rewards Loyalty Card Program.
- Businesses can also sign-up online on the main site. For each business that signs-up online in your suburb/location/postcode you will be credited with $99.00 per month. Just 1 online sign-up per year and you have a cost neutral business.
- You will need a reliable computer, a digital camera and an outgoing pleasant personality.
